There is rubbing to boards and wear to extremities. The spine is worn and the head of the backstrip is lifting. The front hinge is tender. There is an institutional label to the front free endpaper which reads: 'Ministry of Housing and Local Government Library.' Internally generally firmly bound with the only exception being the front paper which has become detached but is still present. Pagination: 381pp. <br />Ex-library book. Scuffing and marking to binding some loss to leather especially at edges of boards and to spine which contains has chipping and loss at head and tail. Hinges a little cracked on inside but holding and quite firm. Browning scuffing and other marking to page edges. Some marking staining and grub to endpapers. Front pastedowns contain library stamp to rectos and pastedown contains library label. Stamp to verso of title page.
