The last text in prose is a strange staging of the Gods of Parnassus and symbols of literature who will crown Madame Deshoulières as the tenth muse. The text is dedicated to Mademoiselle de Scudéry in competition with Madame Deshoulières as she also wished to be considered a muse of letters.
