Noddy Loses His Clothes; Noddy and the Naughty Toys; Noddy Makes a Mistake; Noddy Wins a Prize; Noddy and Jimmy Giraffe. All books in Good to VG condition with coloured pictorial covers and illustrated throughout in b/w by BEEK. Minor page fore-edge tanning and light discolouration to the edges. Some spotting to the front cover of 'Noddy Loses his Clothes'. Some creasing and a small split to the rear/spine of 'Noddy and Jimmy Giraffe'. Some light childs colouring to a couple of the illustrations here and there in each book but most illustrations untouched. 'Jimmy Giraffe' has no childs colouring. The Garage 'box' is Very Good and Complete with a pencil 2/6 on the front top corner and an old gift note on the top rear in ink. The First Editions of these book collections are not noted in the books but the first issues in 1953 only have 'Sampson Low' as publisher - later issues were Sampson Low Marston. etc. Not perfect but a really nice vintage set overall. The titles are; Big Ears Loses Some Jewels; Noddy and the Flying Elephant; Noddy and The Big Balloon; Noddy's Car Rides in the Air; Noddy and the 3 Bears all illustrated in line by Beek. No Date. Conforms with Summerfield page 144 with Sampson Low on the title page of each little book and no mention of "C. A. Publications". In the original container - The card 'Ark' Box with the opening door at the front - which the books originally came in.
