Devlin a history of 20th century Danbury entitled Danbury's Third Century: From Urban Status to Tri-Centennial 2013. Hegel was Director of Library Services Emeritus at Southern Connecticut State University and also a former Executive Director of the New Haven Colony Historical Society.
