Disbound from a collection of pamphlets owned by French homeopath Dr. Charles Ravel 1822-1887. The author Frederic Dubois d'Amiens 1797-1873 was a French physician and historian. He became the Royal Academy of Medicine's Secrétaire Perpétuel in 1847 on the death of Étienne Pariset and served until his own death in 1873. Étienne Pariset 1770-1847 was a French physician who founded the Société Protectrice des Animaux and was a doctor at the Salpêtrière Hospital where he was the physician for the insane.
