A Collins edition followed three years later. Arguably best known for its seventh tale 'Witness for the Prosecution' which evolved into a successful stage play and subsequently the basis of Billy Wilder's eponymous feature film 1957 starring Marlene Dietrich Charles Laughton and Tyrone Power.
