Very scarce only 4 copies listed in World Cat. L'effort américain is a transcription of a speech given by André Tardieu the French Commissioner of the Franco-American War Cooperation. The speech was given on July 4 1918 at a banquet hosted by the American Chamber of Congress as part of the American Independence Day celebration in Paris.
