Singh b 1941 presently Emeritus Professor in the Department of Public Administration University of Lucknow is Secretary and Director of the Institute for Applied Research and Development a non governmental Organisation based at Lucknow. From 198084 Prof S N Singh was with the LBS National Academy of Administration Mussoori as Reader in Public Administration on Deputation. His Academic career covers a span of more than four decades in which he has to his credit 16 books already published on important themes of Social Relevance.
