Large 8vo. bound by Daniel-Henri Mercher with dark maroon morocco spine lucite over hand painted purple marbled paper with the original wrappers bound in. Paris: Editions de la Montagne 1930. An fine copy of this rare and important book which contains Miró's first original book illustrations and some of his earliest graphic work. With an inscription from Tzara 'A Henri Bernard'. This is one of 65 copies on Arches and bound in an atrractive binding by Mercher using the technique he invented involving lucite. Signed by both Tzara and Miró. There were also 25 copies on Holland.
