The volumes sold initially in parts were all available separately; this one contains the Idler Birmingham BL & 5 in USA/Australia in ESTC and William Melmoth’s ‘Letters of Sir Thomas Fitzosborne’ BL Columbia Catholic Institute of Sydney.
