Disbound from a larger collection of similar reports. First page lightly soiled and with some slight foxing throughout but overall Very Good condition. A report on laws and developments in prison systems throughout the United States. The report contains a constitution whereby the Society shall "promote the improvement of Public Prisons and "take measures for effecting the formation of one or more Prison Disciplines Societies in each of the United States." The report reviews the conditions of several prisons and contains several reports one from France on prison reform.3431-526pp. complete.Member I.O.B.A. C.B.A. and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
