Illustrated with various black-and-white photographs and portraits of the faculty and staff classroom photographs of young displaced Ukrainian pupils in their various grades four in total exterior views of the school grounds and buildings of students participating in various activities charts and tables etc. An important and scarce report providing a detailed operational account of the pimary school's activities housed and operating within a Ukrainian DP camp. Rich with crucial historical data including detailed nominal student rosters across four grades complete with birth years and notations for academic honours statistical tables tracking demographic breakdowns and enrollment growth e.g. doubling from 48 to 96 students by year's end and a detailed weekly curriculum schedule enumerating hours devoted to languages Ukrainian English German sciences and physical education etc. Furthermore the report offers a stark view of the camp's harsh material realities who had to contend with a dearth of educational and other teaching supplies alongside accounts of the school's deep association within the nationalist Ukrainian "Plast" scouting organization. Trifle toning to margins of covers small accession sticker to the upper-left margin of the front wrapper and a neat library pocket affixed to the verso of the front cover. Two faint unobtrusive institutional stamps to the preliminary leaves else text-block otherwise remains quite clean with sound stapled binding; near fine. Text in Ukrainian.
