The plates show two different ploughs Bennet's machine and a straw cutter with the in-text woodcuts depicting wire fences economical kitchens and various important pieces of equipment; the title-page bears an engraving of the Society's plough and rising sun emblem as well. The first volume in this series appeared in 1808 with the present volume making its first appearance in 1815 and subsequently meriting this second printing. All but disbound preserving original gilt-stamped calf spine cracked and rubbed lacking covers. Front free endpaper separating.
