1947335696Washington DC: Agnes Waters 1947. 8p. pamphlet 5.5x8.5 inches "Native Fascist" penciled in corner otherwise very good. Reprint of Waters' testimony during hearings before the Committee on Foreign Relations discussing a bill to provide aid to Greece and Turkey in March 1947. Numerous passages have been underlined in the reprint with a blurb at the end about the importance of sharing Waters' testimony. Waters has been called the most inflammatory speaker from the Mothers' Movement a network of far-right isolationist women's groups that sought to prevent the US from entering WWII and after it had begun sought withdrawal. Here she argues that foreign aid is a Jewish scheme. "The American Government confronted with forty-odd millions of our own American citizens ill-fed ill-housed and sick sick of wars and never even paid the soldiers' bonus; yet this Senate can find plenty of taxpayers' moneys to rush out of this country to the aid of foreigners in alien lands in the countless billions. And these Jews also gain as brokers on the exchange of this money. Why Because it is a plot schemed up by the Jews to rob us and to follow our cash with our blood. That's why. It is the old Shylock Jew pawnbrokers' business working to take over all nations. There will never be any peace on this earth as long as this Jewish plunder bund exists. Agnes Waters unknown
