The USS Coral Sea was one of a small number of aircraft carriers "which form the life support system for Nixon's air war in Indochina." The SOS movement began on that ship which docked in Alameda. This leaflet introduces the case of 13 sailors who turned themselves in as conscientious objectors and were at the time being held in the brig on Treasure Island. Issued by wives of the sailors it asks women especially other Navy wives to attend a vigil at Treasure Island Naval Air Station. SOS Movement unknown books
