In complete complicity Robert Doisneau April 1990". <br /></p><p>Profusely illustrated with black and white and a few color photographs captioned by Doisneau 1912-1994 spanning his career including a "scrapbook" of family photos. Cover image by Henri Cartier-Bresson. Text in French.<br /></p><p>CONDITION: Fine in a dust jacket with two closed edge tears on the top of the rear panel along with a couple of scratches and creases. An amusing yet impressive image of workers raising a Roman bronze female nude. The workers are holding the bronze by both breasts in the middle of the Louvre courtyard. Tight and VG light soiling at the panels and along the spine in a bright VG to VG dustjacket with light chipping at several spots along the spine. Still though attractive and very presentable. Octavo 130 first-rate Doisneau heliogravures.
