Robert Doisneau 1912-1994 was a French photographer noted for his unique depiction's of Parisian street life. His most recognizable photograph is 'Le baiser de l'hotel de ville' a couple kissing in the busy streets of Paris. Another famous photo by Doisneau's was taken on August 15th 1945 in New York's Times Square of an American sailor kissing a girl in a white dress capturing a 'forever moment' of two strangers celebrating the end of W.W.II.
