Partridge 1861-1930 American sculpture and art schoalr was best known for the statue of Gen. Grant on horseback in Union Sq NYC. Browning was one Oscar Browning 1837-1923 a lecturer at Cambridge University Day Training College was a leading exponent of the training of teachers and as a Liberal contested unsuccessfully House of Common seats in Norwood among other distcricts.
