Il presente manuale contiene e descrive le azioni progettuali per l'implementazione di un centro servizi per le cooperative della pesca. L'opera ha il merito di sintetizzare e quindi rendere fruibili, per la loro divulgazione, le azioni realizzate dal Dipartimento nazionale Pesca della Un.i.coop. nel piano nazionale interventi, finanziato dal Mipaaf, D. G. Pesca PEMAC IV. Il manuale descrive quelli che sono stati gli obiettivi e le azioni raggruppati nel piano di azione, action plan, finalizzato a fornire la progettazione operativa per la costituzione del centro servizi. È chiaro che la presente opera ha proprio la finalizzazione di essere strumento per la diffusione dei risultati e di condivisione del progetto con altri territori e con altre associazioni, financo con agenzie pubbliche che possono trovare di grande interesse la costituzione, a livello costiero, di un presidio di sostenibilità economica delle piccole imprese della pesca.
