Peintre Américain, spécialiste des paysages et scènes sportives en milieu nature, surtout la pêche au saumon qu’il pratiquait. Il est toujours apprécié pour la vivacité et le réalisme de ses scènes dans des milieux grandioses et sauvages. Il fut récompensé par de nombreux prix.
