Magnifico manifesto in litografia a colori, di cm. 159,5 x 119,5, dedicato ai pneumatici “A Soly” : circondate da bandiere di parecchi stati del mondo, un gruppo di donne di varie etnie volge le braccia verso l’alto dove, a mo’ di corona, è sospeso un pneumatico “Condor. A. Soly” con la scritta “C’est toujours le meilleur du monde”. Il manifesto (stampato su carta sottile) è stato sapientemente restaurato per due piccole mancanze al centro e al margine bianco, altrimenti ben conservato.

Bellissimo manifesto caricaturale: “Pas d’obstacles!!!”, di cm. 148 x 66, montato su tela, in litografia a colori, realizzato da Léon Dardenne (1865-1912) per pubblicizzare le biciclette della Société Anonyme des Anciens Etablissements Monrocher-Marechal di Lille. Con lievi abrasioni ai margini e pesante alone lungo tutta la parte inferiore, ma certamente buon esemplare.

Questo il percorso: “Treviglio / Alessandria / La Spezia / Prato / Firenze / Chianciano Terme / Roma / Napoli / Palermo / Catania / Etna / Reggio Calabria / Cosenza / Taranto / Bari / Potenza / Salerno / Caserta / Blockhaus (Majella) / Chieti / Riccione / Lido degli Estensi / Mantova / Verona / Vicenza / Udine / Tre Cime di Lavaredo / Cortina d’Ampezzo / Trento / Tirano / Madonna del Ghisallo / Milano”. Di questo annuario, che veniva pubblicato ogni due anni, in concordanza con l’Esposizione Internazionale del Ciclo e Motociclo, offriamo una piccola raccolta consecutiva dal 1966 al 1978 (39a - 45a Esposizione Internaz.), interessante per la conoscenza della produzione italiana nel campo ciclomotociclistico, con traduzione in inglese, francese, tedesco e spagnolo. Ai risg. e talvolta sulla copertina postille a penna, altrim. ben conservati.
Due monumentali aquile stilizzate in pretto stile "imperiale" della fine anni Trenta sono il motivo ornamentale che incornicia questo diploma assegnato ad un espositore - la Ditta Ghelfi Emmo - per la sua assidua partecipazione alla manifestazione. Completano la scenografia un motore, una ruota di bicicletta, un profilo di fabbriche e, al centro, in coloritura leggera, uno scattante Mercurio con le ali ai piedi, munito di casco da motociclista.
Riproduzione (”printed in Germany”) di un bellissimo manifesto pubblicitario a colori, dei velocipedi Clément et Cie (fine Ottocento), di cm. 98 x 67. Ben conservato e posto in cornice.

Diretta da Felice Borel e Giuseppe Meazza, raccoglieva gli scritti dedicati allo sport dei migliori intellettuali italiani. Il primo numero presenta un articolo su Bartali di Curzio Malaparte, uno di Giovanni Testori, la prima puntata della Vita di Carlo Spoldi, raccontata da Giancarlo Fusco, un articolo di Antonio Ghirelli, Riccardo Cassin, Achille Compagnoni, Ernesto Caballo ecc. Seguiranno scritti di Ortio Vergani, Cesare Zavattini, Vasco Pratolini, Giansiro Ferrata, Giovanni Comisso, Romano Bilenchi ecc.
