Petite bande à droite découpée avec atteinte au texte. 2- L.S., in-folio, 2 pp., en-tête bois gravé emblématique "Liberté des mers", le Ministre de la Marine et des Colonies au Contre-amiral Linois à Cadix, du 29 vendémiaire an 10 (Decrès est fraichement Ministre), au sujet de l'amarinage (capture) du vaisseau anglais l'Annibal ; un officier anglais, le capitaine Ferris, s'était plaint des officiers français et espagnols. Le Ministre estime que ces plaintes sont "suffisamment détruites par le témoignage qu'il a lui-même rendu...". Intéressant document concernant la capture du vaisseau anglais l'Annibal par Linois, au large de Cadix.
