Dorchester Neck and the annexation of that peninsula to the town of Boston. The state Legislature approved a petition in 1804 to annex the Neck to Boston and authorised a toll bridge to link the two areas. The Boston South Bridge opened in 1805.

Il sistema riportato nel testo è stato affinato in quattordici anni di gioco e ha portato i due grandi campioni a numerose vittorie alle Olimpiadi, ai Campionati del mondo, ai Campionati europei e a molti altri tornei prestigiosi. A parte la struttura dell'intero impianto licitativo, il testo è anche estremamente interessante quale fonte d'ispirazione, in quanto svela i segreti licitativi di due campioni. Il giocatore ambizioso che volesse migliorare il proprio gioco, vi potrà scovare parecchie soluzioni innovative che possono anche essere esportate in altri sistemi licitativi.
