Volume molto curioso in quanto, oltre a trattare i vari itinerari e gli aspetti più prettamente geografici, architettonici ed artistici, prende in considerzione anche elementi relativi alla storia locale e alle tradizioni delle varie zone trattate (un capitolo, per esempio, è dedicato all'orticoltura e all'arte del vetro a Nancy; un altro alle antiche leggende della zona, ...). Una bella carta in nero delle zone trattate nell'opera, all'inizio del volume (sul retro del frontespizio). Stato di conservazione: un'orecchia sull'angolo superiore dell'ultima parte del volume (da pagina 375 circa fino alla copertina posteriore) ma, nel complesso, un buon esemplare. Da pagina 200 circa le pagine sono ancora intonse. Nessuna scritta o altro segno nel testo.
