Mandy Patinkin stars as Sam Francisco the first "Newcomer" police officer partnered with a racist police officer James Caan to investigate a homicide.<br /> <br /> Set in and shot on location in Los Angeles. <br /> <br /> The film spawned a short-lived Fox television series 1989-1990 five Fox network television movies 1994-1997 as well as eight comic books 1988-1992 and eight novels 1993-1995.<br /> <br /> 9 x 11.5 inch Bi-fold.
