Front inner paper hinge torn and repaired with tape. Back inner paper hinge split. Frontispiece plate beginning to detach from page block with one and half inch-long tear at spine foot. Age spotting to FEP BEP and reverse of frontispiece plate. Gift-note is neatly penned on top of title page. Pages are slightly tanned with occasional grubby marks on leading edges.
