First edition stated of this very scarce artist’s book presented by the Drachen Foundation to promote and increase the knowledge and appreciate of Japanese kites and kitemaking techniques. Murosako is well-known within the kite community for her beautiful kites using bamboo and varieties of handmade papers made into startling paper shapes often with insect wing bettle shell or vegetable motifs.
