(ca. 29,7 x 21 cm). 1 Blatt, beidseitig beschrieben. Original-Schreiben, maschinengeschrieben, mit Briefkopf, Eingangsstempel und handschriftlicher Signatur (in Kopie). Schreiben wurde gefaltet, gut erhalten. Das Schreiben umfasst eineinhalb Seiten und wurde von Arnold Schönberg an den Akademiepräsidenten Max Liebermann gerichtet. Er wurde 1925 in die Funktion eines Professors nach Berlin an die Akademie der Künste berufen. In diesem Schreiben übermittelt Schönberg weitere Informationen zu seiner Berliner Ankunft und zu nötigen Formalien. Zugleich sind finanzielle und familiäre Details in diesem Schreiben notiert. Zuletzt findet auch eine Ehrerbietung gegenüber dem Maler Liebermann Platz im Brief. Der Brief enthält die handschriftliche Signatur des Komponisten und auch zeitgenössische handschriftliche Anmerkungen innerhalb der Berliner Akademie. Das Schreiben liegt als Kopie aus dem einstigen Archiv der Preußischen Akademie der Künste vor.
