It was published simultaneously in three states: two private limited issues (33 copies on Japon and 165 copies in holland) and the trade edition as here. The fact that the trade edition was issued as a flimsy paperback means that it is scarcely ever found in really good condition. Here it is complete and preserved in an elegant binding.
