Created on the occasion of an Auction held December 5th and 6th 1907 at Davis & Harvey in Philadelphia. This auction catalogue was printed with red lines drawn through the plates. There are red lines through the plates. "Notice" insert indicates that only 25 copies of this catalogue were printed without the red lines. [not identified] paperback

A dedication copy Inscribed to Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Donald Justice and his wife on the front blank: "To Don and Jean - with love - Tom. Oct. 68 sic." The printed dedication reads: "For Donald Justice Barbara Many friends and a few enemies." In his foreword titled "The Anatomy of Saturday Night" Larry Levis calls McAfee an "original poet" and compares his work to that of Weldon Kees "because McAfee's knowledge of terror is as complete as Kees'.
