On the rear flyleaf she writes out a full poem quite handsomely: "Faith / I plant my seed / I know the sun will shine / And the wind bring rain / And little hopes will start / Of joy and beauty / That long have lain / dormant in my heart / And then I know / Will come a blossom time / Against my heed. / EWC sketch."
