With small "Holiday Greetings" card signed by Leon Gelber and Theodore Lilienthal; also with a ms translation of the poem appears to be in the hand of Theodore Lilienthal which is printed in the original French text in the book. Printed for Leon Gelber and Theodore Lilienthal for Christmas 1936 by the Grabhorn Press.
