Interessante pubblicazione presentata da Valdastri, scrittore e intellettuale modenese che insegno' e fu reggente del ginnasio mantovano, sulla cosiddetta tragedia cittadinesca o dramma urbano teorizzato da Diderot che mette al centro del dramma non piu' l'eroe, come nella tragedia classico-mitologica, ma 'le passioni buone e malvagie, le infauste debolezze, i consigli, i casi acerbi e spaventosi delle condizioni private' che agitano il cuore umano.
