"Shows the years 1895-1950 as a period of transition from the world dominated by Europe in the nineteenth century to the world of three blocs in the twentieth century." - dust jacket. Most notable for its revelation of plans for a global government, based upon author's access to secret archives. Quigley mentored Bill Clinton at Georgetown. Clean with moderate wear. Unmarked but for incidental 1/4" ball pen mark to page 105. Prior owner's bookplate inside front board. Back hinge mostly open. "Rarissima edizione, tirata in pochi esemplari, difficile a trovarsi completa" (Bustico n.1).
