The first artist whose book was published and whose statue was laid down by getting donations from the public is the national poet of Azarbaijan Mirze Elekber Sabir. This case is enough to clarify the effect that he struck on public as well. Sabir who was born in Samahi city of Azerbaijan in 1862 lived all his life in physical, economical and moral difficulties. In spide of he wrote his poems in classic form at first, he assimilated a modernist poem mentality with the help of " Molla Nasreddin" magazine published by Celil Memmedguluzade.
