Contemporary partisan reporting and editorializing in defense of the local struggle for People's Park a vacant parcel of land in Berkeley on which the University proposed to build a soccer field. Centerspread is large poster depicting protesters erecting a small tree ala the iconic photo of Marines erected the American flag on Iwo Jima.
