The second volume includes the folding plate illustrating an essay on plantation churches in Bermuda. Alongside John Locke Berkeley was the pre-eminent English-language philosopher of his era and among the most lucid writers of philosophical prose of any era. He spent significant time in the colonial "new world" and was intimately involved in establishing the Kings College in New York which became Columbia University. Additional postage required.
