Interior hinge tear noted at front board but us not a standard hinge crack and can be repaired if desired. Front end page has some information penciled along the top edge which matches the author's style of handwriting and lower corner has a bookstore sticker from Boston. Front pastedown shows the original owner's label showing the owner as Mrs.Writ Dexter. Also included is a letter written and signed by the author which is a personal letter written to Mr. & Mrs. Dexter.
