Some tears and small chips to a small percentage of pages. Pages up to preface are not present as are the pages after the end of "S" in the index. Errors in pagination: p 161-162 of part 1 are missing; also p 170-171 are repeated though text is unaffected. Includes list of subscribers. Not illustrated aside from a few printers' ornaments.
