A selection of Wilde's epigrams and aphorisms together with a reprint of his famous essay 'The Soul of Man under Socialism' from page 133. Sebastian Melmoth was the pseudonym adopted by Wilde after his release from prison in 1897. The binding was created by acclaimed London-based firm Sangorski & Sutcliffe for sale in the book department of the famous Chicago department store Marshall Field & Company.
