The half-title has a listing for "Methuen's Shilling Library" that shows this published with seven other Wilde titles in preparation. Plate number 15694 - 5. the back cover features a short sample of "Thou Wouldst Not Stay" by Eberhart and Cadman. The name stamp is that of prolific American composer and pianist Fay Foster who took first place in the American Composers Competition of 1913. OCLC locates two physical holdings and it appears to be equally uncommon in the trade. White-Smith Publishing unknown
