The frontispiece and 3 plates have not been tipped in on this copy they are loose at the front of the book. There are blank leaves at the positions where the plates are called for. Pink cloth boards with gilt decoration and intials on front board. Slipcase. Page dimensions: 198 x 154mm. Top page edges gilt.
