Very clean interior. No foxing. Overall a near fine copy. The very good dustwrapper is faded to the spine with a touch of wear at the spine tips and with totally unnecessary strips of brown paper-based tape to the verso along the top and bottom edges. "Affairs of Destiny" is one of the scarcest wartime Simenon first editions the dustwrapper of which was made from very poor quality paper hence why it never turns up in really fine condition.
