Single 3-cent "Labor Day" stamp at upper right. At lower left in black fineline Winter signs quite large and bold. NOT a First Day Cover but a choice example of this mural/mosaic created by Winter for the AFL-CIO headquarters in Washington DC. Small portion of original transmittal envelope also present. unknown
