Rara edizione del 1876, probabile originale, del noto romanzo di avventura di ambientazione artica dello scrittore Jules Verne (1828-1905).<BR>L'opera venne pubblicato per la prima volta a puntate nel 1865 e in versione definitiva nel 1870.<BR>L'opera era composta da cinque volumi, siamo purtroppo in possesso dei tomi secondo e quarto legati insieme in un unico volume. All'interno sono presenti 3 planches delle quali una in antiporta e una mancante. In buone condizioni. Copertina in mezza tela con titolo manoscritto su etichetta al dorso in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con fioriture. La prima incisione in antiporta risulta mancante. Scarce edition of 1876 of the famous novel of adventure placed in Artic region by the writer Jules Verne (1828-1905).<BR>The work was published for the first time in instalments in 1865 and i definitive version in 1870.<BR>The work was made up of five tomes, unfortunately we only have the second and fourth tome bound together in a unique volume. Inside there are 3 planches of which one is in the frontspice and one is missing. In good conditions. Half cloth cover with handwritten title in the spine in good general conditions slightly worn in the edges and spine. Binding in good conditions. Inside pages are in good conditions with foxings. First print in the frontespice is missing.
