Later institutional boards original front wrappers and adverts only retained. Front wrapper of first number trimmed front wrapper of #6 largely sacrificed to make the pictorial label mounted on the upper board. Ex-library with release stamp on verso of front board and the acquisition number neatly stamped in corner of table of contents of first issue upper fore-tip bumped; still a reasonably sound lot in spite of the detractions. Edited by L. Raven-Hill and Arnold Goldsworthy as a successor to THE BUTTERFLY: A HUMOROUS AND ARTISTIC MAGAZINE 1893 - 10 numbers. Contributors to this volume include L.
