The first edition of this map was published in 1674 by Hubert Jaillot under the title "La Russie Blanche ou Moscovie divisee suivant l'étendue des Royaumes Duches." It was incorporated into numerous atlases by Jaillot and his successors until approximately 1720 when it became evidently outdated.
