In regards to pianist Bernardo Segall and his concert at Carnegie Hall. Also includes a handwritten small note on a 4" X 5.5" notepaper in black ink which reads "Lennie- is this any good SR." The TLS has two horizontal folds the ALS has one horizontal fold and the small note has vertical and horizontal folds.
