The poets are: Lawrence Ferlinghetti Jack Hirschman Ann Menebroker Belinda Subraman Father Luke Sreemanti Sengupta and Soheyl Dahi the founder of Sore Dove Press the publisher of this edition.</p><p>Ferlinghetti has signed his poem directly on the page containing his poem rather than on the limitation page. Hirschman and Dahi have signed their poems on the limitation page while the others have signed on slips of paper affixed to the limitation pages of their respective poems. This is the author's third book of poetry and is quite scarce. From Wikipedia: "Everson was an influential member of the San Francisco Renaissance in poetry and worked closely with Kenneth Rexroth during this period of his life. Throughout his life Everson was a devotee of the work and lifestyle of poet Robinson Jeffers. Much of his work as a critic was done on Jeffers's poetry. Everson registered as an anarchist and a pacifist with his draft board in compliance with the 1940 draft bill. In 1943 he was sent to a Civilian Public Service CPS work camp for conscientious objectors in Oregon. An ephemeris plural: ephemerides; from the Greek word ἐφήμερος ephemeros ìdailyî is a table of values that gives the positions of astronomical objects in the sky at a given time or times. Different kinds of ephemerides are used for astronomy and astrology. Even though this was also one of the first applications of mechanical computers an ephemeris will still often be a simple printed table. Contents in this copy include a Calendar with gold numbers a Sun cycle and Age of the Moon and dates for important liturgical holidays among them Ash Wednesday Easter and Pentecost.
