Inscribed to the prominent American biographer and military aviation historian Ed Jablonski apparently through the agency of Hollywood personality Chuck Morrell 1937-2005 who appeared in numerous bit parts through the Sixties and Seventies. Jablonski 1922-2004 himself an ex-fighter pilot was the author of numerous books on WW2 aviation including Flyiing Fortress 1968 Airwar 1971 and Double Strike 1974. Doubleday unknown
